This M16 shot was taken with my Stellarvue 80/9 riding piggyback on the Nexstar 11 GPS. On this shot, I was experimenting with the use of an OIII filter to bring out the details of the nebula and block out the large amount of light pollution in my front drive. The shot simply does not show off the Eagle Nebula and the "Pillars of Creations" like others I have seen taken with the SAC 8. I will just have to keep trying.
